College Strategies is a premier college coaching service. We accelerate the process of great performance by supporting and assisting students to achieve their dreams.

Our consulting service guides you through the complicated admissions process and helps you create a strategic, powerful, and lasting impression. You work one on one with our coach through each step of the college admissions process, ensuring every application tells your story and maximizes your strengths. Our comprehensive 10 session program covers everything from college selection to essay writing.

High school guidance counselors assist as many as 300 students in the process of applying to college, while dealing with other responsibilities such as test administration, and class scheduling. College admissions counselors may review as many as 10,000 applications each year. The process is competitive and stressful, and most students require strategic help in order to be successful. About Your Coach

Patty Garza

As founder of College Strategies, I created a way to incorporate my love of mentoring and coaching with my knowledge of college admissions, to support and assist students in accomplishing their dreams. I truly love listening to teens and serving as a sounding board for their thoughts, their plans and their dreams. The two biggest concerns I hear from students facing college applications are what colleges to apply to and what do I write about in my essays. The process can be overwhelming and stressful, and many students require strategic help in order to be successful.

Our team at College Strategies has the experience and knowledge to guide you through these important decisions. Utilizing a unique college selector system, we can help you find the right college fit for your needs, interests, and qualifications; and with years of experience analyzing hundreds of college essays, we know how to help you find your voice to emphasize your strengths and make you a standout.
